Who we are
Renwick ("we", "us") is an auto detailing studio in Austin, Texas. This policy explains what we collect through this website, why we collect it and what you can ask us to do with it.
What we collect
When you request a booking or a fleet rate, the form sends us what you type: your name, mobile number, vehicle, service address (mobile jobs only), your quote and any notes.
When you look up a warranty, you enter its code and the last 4 characters of your plate. You don't need an account, and we don't ask for anything else.
How we use it
To confirm and schedule your appointment, send you your quote, reminders and updates, and answer your questions. We don't sell your information and we don't use it for advertising.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we text you about your booking: confirmation, reminders and changes. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
Cookies
This site uses only what it needs to work. We don't use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our website host may count visits in aggregate, without identifying you.
Sharing
We share your details only with the tools that run our bookings, messages and payments, and only to provide the service you asked for — or when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Booking records for as long as we need them to serve you and keep business records, and warranty records for as long as your warranty runs. Ask us and we'll delete anything we're not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it — text or call us. If your state's law gives you more rights, we'll honor them.
